Library Services over Thanksgiving Break

 

 During the week of Thanksgiving, Stafford Library will have the following hours:

• Monday, November 23: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Tuesday, November 24: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
• Wednesday, November 25: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Thursday, November 26: Closed
• Friday, November 27: Closed
• Saturday, November 28: Closed

 Note: From November 29 to December 18 2020, our doors will be open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Thursday. We will close at 5 on Fridays and open again on Sundays from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

While the library will have shortened hours, all library services will still be offered. Stafford Library offers many services that can be used remotely for online and virtual learning. Some services, such as Interlibrary Loan, may take longer than normal due to holiday hours, the pandemic, and staffing. We appreciate your patience!

• Stafford Library offers 84 electronic databases that can be accessed remotely.
• The library offers many ebooks. For example, the library has access to eMO, which provides access to over 212,000 titles available online at all times.
• Interlibrary loan will be available during this time. Students can submit article requests, and library staff will be processing requests and sending articles electronically to students.
• Columbia College faculty, staff, and students can chat, email, text, and call the library.
• Librarians will also be available for more in depth research assistance via Zoom.
• Library staff are also available for library instruction through Zoom or by appointment.
